How do I know if you take my insurance?
A:
We work with all insurance companies. Under California Law you are allowed to select the repair facility of your choice. Simply let your Claims Adjuster know that you would like to bring your vehicle to Courtesy Chevrolet in San Diego.

When is my deductible due, and to whom do I pay it?
A:
Your deductible is due to the shop after the repairs have been completed.

Can I get other service work done while my car is in the body shop?

Absolutely, we have a full service, certified service repair facility on site.

What about warranty work on my GM vehicle can you do that to?

Yes a full Goodwrench Auto Body Center.

How will I know when my car is done?
A:
Each repair is different and we can let you know when we get you an estimate.

How can I get a rental car?
A:
We can set up your rental for you through our Enterprise Rent a Car office, they will pick you up at the time repairs are started and drop you off at Courtesy when your repairs are complete.

What if I don't need a rental car and just need a ride home?

We have two complimentary customer shuttles on site.
